1. Hi Sarah! So I haven't been to the gym or been exercising for 10 years. Yep, you've guessed it, I'm totally out or shape. I'm currently doing a weeks trail at a gym in London. The thing is it's all HIIT work outs, and I can't keep up the pace. All the others around me are fit and toned, feel like such a gooseberry. I'm not getting a lot out of it. I want to loose weight, and get in shape, but not like this. I need workouts that suit my needs, mainly working on my belly and chest. HELP!!!!!!
