  2. Thanks…may i suggest a workout with rings? From basic starting…maybe in a pair of videos…everytime i'd tried i got an injury. I'm not young, but rings are a real challenge to improve.   3. Are you doing weighted calisthenics ? You re very advanced athlete and I think I'm at end of the beginner phase . I don't know what to do after reaching 15 pull ups and 50 push ups . I'm at 12-15 pull ups and 40-45 push ups (fast reps while against gravity / ) . Any advice for this young lad ?

  5. Bro you're as good as Chris Heria or Austin Dunham! If not, better! Your videos are very helpful and your Channel has a very high quality, you diserve way more subbs! A video sugestion that would be helpful for me and for others i think is how to fix muscle imbalance with calisthenics… For example I am 16 yeas old and my left pec is just a bit smaller than the right one… I watch all your vids, keep going bro 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🍩
