Ugh I'm sorry but this isn't just gonna give someone abs. If you've got a belly you're gonna have to change up you're whole diet and do significant cardio every day or most days. Then this on top of all that will help define I'm sure but thus alone isn't gonna give you abs

I DID IT! Though I did all with the 5lb weight haha. Not strong enough to handle a 10lb weight through this exercise!
