1. I did some kettlebell workouts today and I liked it. Usually, I lift weights at the gym, but I wanna drop some weight and get leaner. I think I found my workout. Can I do this every day or only certain days? Thank you for the great video. Look forward to trying this out.

  2. Ok, wanted to say that arm looks terrible, but everybody else already did a good job pointing that out. Great, that you share. Sorry, that your form is bad. Great that you can improve it now. Sorry that some seem to be justifying bad form. But like for the kettlebells anyway!

  4. I don't understand why people are attacking you. You're just showing how you do these workouts, no one needs to copy your exact ways if they feel your technique is "wrong". I enjoyed this workout and your commentary made me laugh. Thanks man, keep it up!

  6. If Snatch correctly (unlike this “trainer”), there wouldn’t be any wrist-smacking. Like other posters said, nice drill but form is dangerously poor.
