  3. First of all Thank you YOU TUBE for recommending this . Secondly i wish I had known about you sooner. I workout from home , on my 6 th week , been following some great influencers but you are class apart. You maintain such a balanced pace , eliciting maximum muscle work and that too without pressurising for speed . The next up signal makes it so easy to follow the workout without missing the first few seconds thus maintaining the target heart rate. Your videos are a case study on how a workout video should be made . More power to u Heather , keep up the good work..!

  4. How many hours a week total do you workout? I’m working full time and going to college, so I don’t have a lot of time which is why I love HIIT. However, I’ve been needing to lose some weight, but it’s like I’m at a standstill. I probably only do 1-1.5 of exercise a week 😕

  5. Thank you so much. I work out every day and really appreciated having this short workout. Having trouble getting up this week. Weather is good for a walk today so try to squeeze that in at lunch.
