  2. Love it. Do you stretch beforehand? If so, what stretches? Can you do a 5-10 minute video on stretching your whole body out? (I try to stretch and do lunges or power jumps before a jog)

  5. I like this routine! Just started watching your videos. Very inspiring and motivating. I’m in the Air Force and I had to get ACL reconstruction surgery on my right knee a few years ago. It’s been rough with getting back into shape but I definitely like the videos you post. Thanks!
