1. Love all your workouts! I switch it up between doing your 30-40 minute workouts as my full days work, and just warming up with your 10-minute workouts to then move on to something else (like weights.) Keep it up, you are amazing, and I see such a difference in my fitness and strength because of you!

  3. What's the secret to doing lunge jumps? Of all the exercises out there, this is the one I struggle with the most and I don't know why. I have a really long torso and short legs – is that why? Urgh…
