1. Could you please maybe add a ‘beep’ or something (like others do) at the end and start of each exercise otherwise it’s easy to loose track when to stop/start!

  2. Question….when I work major muscle groups I always feel it the text day; however, never with the abs? I work them hard…even with ankle weights.

  3. Its hard to find guys with thick lush rugs of underarm hair and also to be so generously and evenly distributed omygosh…( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

    Not like most guys who's underarm hair is gross and sporadic, sparce, scarce, barely there, doesn't grow where its supposed to.
