  4. Maybe some workouts for people with injured knees? A few weeks ago I dislocated my left knee and it’s been hard keeping up with some of these videos, I’ve always loved your channel and think you’re doing amazing work! I love trying to follow along, especially your 10 minute ab workout where you’re wearing the pink leggings, honestly a life changer 🙏🏼🙌🏼 (and I love that video because I don’t have to put weight on my knee lolol)

  6. I ❤️❤️ this workout for the morning! I’m not a beginner but I think we all forget to that we can slow it down & still be intense. The morning is a perfect time for this & you mention the muscle target really a great reminder! Oh I’m 61 and my 6 year grandson & I worked out to “Bad Guy!” Thanks👍💪💕Teri

  8. Please do a full beginner series. Maybe8 different workouts that people can rotate through for the first month or so, then a intermediate series to increase the intensity.
    I literally don’t think I could do 1 push up so I’m really ground zero here. + Greetings from Adelaide, I saw you at the adelaide vegan festival once x

  10. Love your beginner workout because if I don't want to really struggle or worry about having to break part way through I can do the beginner workout and not have to alter any/all the moves but I still work up a sweat

  11. Please please please do more beginners style series. I'm soooo out of shape. I mean I never work out and I just can't get myself to do 30 minute workouts. The laziness is real. These 15 minutes workouts are great!!. Can't wait for the playlist!
