  2. Started lifting weights for the first time in my life in the last 4 months (29 years old). Three weeks ago after lifting deadlifts, I developed an uncomfortable sensation in my right hip and glute that travels down my thigh. It seems like sciatica but it's not excruciating. I'm hoping stretches like this will help because there are days where the sensations can feel painful

  4. I just tried it for the first time, my whole body feels sso good. Had some painful cracks in my hip but now i feel a lot more comfortable. Easy to follow really enjoyed it
