  3. been doing hiit from the beginning of the year as i'm trying to get fit to get into firefighting. I find these are the best workouts for it. Would like to involve more dumbell ones though.

  4. Hey coach, this isn't really for a beginner in my Universe. Is there an easier 20 minute beginner film that doesn't include those very difficult burpee moves? Thanks.
