  1. I had zero motivation at the gym and honestly almost just left. Instead, I decided to look for a video of yours and it brought me so much motivation! Plus I actually got excited about working out again. Thank you for making these!

But I have a question – where / what is the app that you are using for the countdown for the workouts. I need that in the worst way!!! If you can, please let me know!!! Thank you in advance <3

  3. just discovered Sarah and i struggle to be motivated but after watching her videos im feeling very motivated and ready to start getting into shape and being healthier. Ive realised ive been ruining my body by thinking eating junk food is alright for me and now i know my body isnt at its full potential and it deserves to be. So lets go to a better me!!!

  5. Circuit 1- 30 sec

    Exercise- 8 mountain climbers/2 pushups ∞

    Exercise- leg raises 

    Exercise- side plank dips 

    Exercise- toe taps or scissors kicks (with shoulders off ground)

    X3

    Circuit 2- 30 sec

    Exercise- leg push ACROSS BODY (PLANK POSTION)

    Exercise- heel taps (to toes)

    Exercise- cross bodys stars on ground, opp hand to foot

    Exercise- right leg over left leg, lift left leg- crunches left elbow to right knee

  6. Ayeeee always makes me feel really great about my fitness when I mange to do the whole thing perfectly in time with her 🙂 not bragging just proud of my fitness, and abs are my strongest muscle. I nailed the push ups!

  7. I know this is super old but not even kidding ive been doing this for 2 weeks at the start of each workout and oh my freckle god the results love love love !!!!

  8. ALL TIME FAV AB WORKOUT !!!I have been doing it basically everyday for the past few months and have seen huge improvements!! I have abs and am now just working on defining them more !!
