  1. I just found you guys and have been doing your vids for about a week now and I just want to thank you so much for doing these. It's so hard to find things for people like me with disabilities and in extreme pain to do I had given up on ever being able to do this again after my wreck and it's hard but you definitely help push people thru and don't make us feel bad if we have to stop for the day or if we can't do it perfectly. Love that you give alternative ways of doing stuff to help people like me. It gives me hope that I'll be able to do more than your basics 1 day by doing these and working up to it. Thank you so much.

    For any1 that has problems w knee, leg, back, shoulder, or most injuries actually and obese definitely give these guys a try bc I have all of the above and it's the only 1s I've found that caters more towards us and helps us eventually look like this guy lol hopefully. He definitely has given me hope back.

  3. I've been too intimidated to try the HIIT workouts you've posted, but not today and boy am I glad I stepped out of my comfort zone. This was a great workout for HIIT beginners. It was intense but I was able to go at my own pace. I added one of your ab workouts and I'm exhausted, in a good way! Thanks so much for your dedication to putting out quality workouts!

  4. Here's (gasp) Audra! I did it! Gave 120% from start to finish and pushed out an extra two at the end of each exercise! Good morning! Make it a great day ON PURPOSE!!!!! 😉

  5. 6 minutes in and i'm dead. This is the first time i worked out since 2004. Hahahaha. Can I just do whatever I can and then continue with the rest of the exercise at another time of the day?

  6. Great workout! If this is a "beginner" version, I'll be melting away into nothingness when I get to the advanced levels! This one got me huffing and puffing and complaining. I love how sooooo many body parts were affected in such a short time period. Thank you for your and Claudia's service.

  7. I love this. Recovering from injury and trying to regain fitness. Just hard enough to raise my heart rate without discouraging me. I love all your videos.

  8. Thank-you so much Coach! I have been doing your beginner cardio workouts for a couple of months. I have tried the HIIT workouts and Iam just not ready. This video will help me meet my goal!
