Your workouts are great, super easy to follow, and awesome for people like me trying to save money with a gym membership! tHank you so much and I will for sur3 be advertising your channel to my friends because it is so great!!! Thank you so so much!!! Maybe a few videos for at home chest exercises, or workouts tailored for college students would actually be awesome!!

I want to thank you for the videos, you are making them with amazing quality, and very easy to follow. I love that you are including some weights and the elastic band!   5. I love all of your work outs…. especially the HIIT or 20 minute ones, I do them in my apartment and combine with your short videos! These videos with dumbbells and bands are KEYYY!!I sweat more than I thought I would and added 7 x 45 seconds of arms! thanks so much!xo
