  1. What a quick and fun cardio core workout, Amy! I chose this cardio core workout (still nursing L arm tendinitis, so limiting equipment and arm movements) and moved on to your 18m Medicine Ball workout 🙂 I'm working with you 3 days a week and a personal trainer two days a week, an hour a pop, so I'm now doing 2-3 of your workouts back to back and Boy, does it burn! All in good ways and I Thank You sooo much for your hard work and keeping me challenged, happy and fit! XO-S

I'm so glad I came across your video I was in a car accident and my body has not been the same ever since and I have gained alot of weight and well I have bad support on my knees so getting back to gym is not on my list right now and let me tell you I been digging this for the couple days now and I can see helping me in the long run get back on track at a good slow pace

  3. I've been doing the December calendar (never done the calendars before) and this last week I have been more sore than I've been in years! And I've been exercising 5-6 days a week for 7 years! This is great! And you are doing wonderful! Thank you.
