I liked how you're stomach and arms are small little fat but you're thighs are thick, do you have any suggestions on how I can keep most of NY thight fat , my body is like yours except my stomach has more fat not alot but enough to worry about and I wanna loose that , I know I will loose weight all over but do you have any suggestions on how I could keep most of it

  4. Thanks for all the great videos. Sometimes I have to modify because of a broken wrist that will never be the same. I usually do no floor stuff like push ups because of it but just do something else instead. So I appreciate the standing exercises.

  5. Loved it!! Your workouts are perfect in that they are challenging but anyone can do it! When I watch other people cardio videos some of the exercises are too advance you have a great mix of workouts in yours! Love them keep up the great work! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏼
