1. After one month on 5kg dumbbells now I’m on 10kg dumbbells and instead of 10,15,20 reps I do 10,10,10 reps, I see my muscles growing faster. Nice workout, I also have a bench so I can do abs, thank you so much 🤙🏻

  2. Coming back from a rotator cuff injury
    Found this and did it for the first time today
    Great work out
    Starting very light as I'm not wanting to aggravate the injury ..
    Amazing how something can start so easy and by the time your finishing your in a whole world of pain lol

    Is this best for every day?
