  2. I love this workout!!! Just did it at home and I feel very tired but refreshed. Do you have any tips on how to do sit-ups? I've never really been done it successful all the more with a kettlebell.

  3. I just did this workout for the first time, and it was not easy. Although I was sweating buckets by the end, I felt amazing! I also loved how the cool down felt like sneaking in 5 minutes of yoga.

    Thanks for an incredible full body workout, Amy and Rhys! This was exactly what I needed to mix up my routine.

  5. Honestly, this workout was so amazing! It's beginner friendly and still just the right amount of challenging. Plus, it was a lot of fun and a mighty good burn. Please please please upload more kettlebell workout videos? 🙂
