俺も数か月前からストレッチ始めたな、最初は筋肉痛になって大変やったけど続けてたら効果が出てきたわ。この子のストレッチはリズミカルで色々な動きをするから楽しそうやけど、しっかりと筋肉に負荷が掛かっているようには見えんな。ごめんね偉そうなこと言って、でも筋肉にしっかりと負荷をかけて20分も続けてたらそんな風には喋れないから。
