  1. Could she talk any faster? Had to stop after a few minutes cause literally had no idea what was I supposed to do. I'd need some projector in front of my eyes to be able to follow this…

  2. Can someone in the comments tell me if this workout was effective? Like where was it effective and what did you eat and how long did it take you to find your results?

  3. Interesting workout, but I definitely didn't get much out of it. I think I would have liked it if I knew what you meant by "spiralling" and could understand the movements you were talking about.

  4. Hey great video! I really like the sequence that you put together with your exercises. I think it’s always nice to get people off of the floor from the traditional Pilates exercises and get them to put weight into their feet! 👍🏻☯️

  5. I had so much fun joining in the fake ass happy attitude – workout was solid though, except like everybody else I didn't get the "magnetize your outer thigh"-crap
