  1. I just watched one of your older vids. Bout made me cry! It was emotional you had a bad day with two hashbrowns and a few sodas and five guys without taking off the buns. I love your honesty it shows the real. Side of weight loss. You have came a long way. Keep it up!

  2. OMG… my weight stayed the same for one week on OMAD. Last night I started a 'ACV and Water'- 48 hour Fast. My body is retaining water(?) so I will not into any additional salts. Wish me luck!

That is sooo fantastic!"Ummm"…lol I didn't even notice until you mentioned it. Still going with my fast & my habits. As for your quote, I don't know if you recall that I told you I have very close family friends of 30+ yrs that are from Cape Town, S. AFRICA. So of course, I always found interest in Mandela and all things related. We actually studied the book "Cry Freedom" in High school which included learning all about the Apartheid. "Cry Freedom" is def a sad read but it exposes the Gov't corruption & discrimination that existed. It is about Stephen Biko who is an anti-apartheid activist as well as Mandela was & his story of his fight thru his short 30yrs of life. Anyway, I just thought I'd throw that book out there as well for people to read about his unwavering desire to never give up, despite the consequences. Some ppl (older folks…lol) may recall Denzel playing Biko in the movie production of "Cry Freedom" or even the song "Biko" from Peter Gabriel. I have always had a personal interest in S. Africa & recall that being a great "true" story along with many Mandela stories. Anywho, back on track with your weight loss & your fasting…you are doing incredible! Keep up the AWESOME job you're doing!😁😍

  6. Hard work, commitment & dedication pays off. Les Brown once said "When you quit, you'll never know how close you were". If y'all don't know who Les Brown is, look him up. You'll be very impressed.

  8. Great job staying focused, you push me daily!!! Still on par with my 2 goals fasting and working out. I think I'm going to try a few days of water fasting which I haven't tried this round, give me something different. Today at work we are having Chinese food which is my fav. Staying on course, have a good day.
