1. After this workout I still ate a Snickers bar… Not the whole thing but a few bites . This workout and the 4min workout has been working for me.. it has only been 3 weeks. I do this every morning.i can see results quick.. .

  2. Is it normal I don't really feel it burning? And after how many weeks of doing this 4/5 times a week will you see some difference? I'm scared I'm doing it wrong since I don't really feel anything after doing it

  3. New subbie here ive added some of your easy no fuss workouts to my playlist and i like the idea of just toning my arms and not bulking up. Hope this really works i been doing it for a week now can i do this on alternate days?
