  1. I hate it how a person with abs is doing it when the ppl without abs r acc doing it
    Then u can’t c if it’s acc working Cs he starts with abs finishes with abs
    Like if u agree

  2. Day 1. I WILL MAKE IT TO THE END WHERE MOST OF US WOULD GIVE UP, BUT I WON'T.

  3. June 24, 2019. Completed day 1
    I’m committing to this program and won’t give up like the many others who said they would tell of their results. I’ll be back at day 10, 20, and 30 to tell of my results. I should add that I will be doing this 4 days a week.

    Day 10: difference not noticeable until I compared myself to before pics of starting the workout. The tiniest bit of definition, can barely start to see the outline of abs when in the right lighting and correct angle

  4. Guys it works out gr8… All u need to have in ua head is Just do it everyday with good diet n dedication… I had average stomach but now all fine 4 packs planning to do it again from beginning….ur sure to love results…

  5. It's June 19th Wednesday, 2019 started the workout from today I will comment everyday about my improvement and all let's hope for best and hit the abs 👍😎
