  1. Your videos have changed my life. From being a Diabetic with sugar levels over 325 to testing new levels of 125 to 130. Weight down from 205 pounds to 177.5. Eating the right food along with the workout is the Key. I also want to let the beginners know that our body is not those two day or same day delivery like AMAZON PRIME. It will not show up in two days. MOTIVATE YOURSELF and get all the help from both Coach and Claudia who are doing a service to Humanity. Kudos to both of you guys. Can't thank enough. I started slow, committed and promised to myself that I will get 1% better every day.

  2. This is actually messed up man. I can run 3 miles without stopping but this workout kicked my butt. Lol… I maybe should have focused more on strength training before πŸ˜‚πŸ˜­ but honestly, these videos have actually changed my strength a ton! Not that I look tons stronger but literally I've gotten multiple comments about how my arms are super strong… And that's coming from someone who used to get comments on how she had such skinny long arms πŸ˜‚ which I mean honestly there could be worse things said! But being told that you are strong after feeling weak for so long is very gratifying! Thanks for making these videos, keep up the hard work.

  3. 11-5-2019 as usual im a cripple again πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ my legs are shaking.. i almost fainted on the last exercise but i just keep going… thank you coach and claudia for the sweet torture! Love you guys!❀️πŸ₯°

  4. Like you training. I found it does not hurt my back. Other Trainers just seem to hardout straight off the bat not taking into account the strain on back and neck muscles.

  5. A friend recommended this workout. I knew half way through that I would regret it. Well, fast forward to that last bathroom break before my hour commute home and my thighs gave out during the β€œpublic restroom” squat. I nearly pulled the toilet tissue container from the wall trying to catch myself before my butt hit that toilet. But after 2 days rest I’m willing to try it again.
