  1. Love all the instructions/reminders in form.
    Is one set enough to build strength? Just asking because most people say two to three sets of each exercise of 8-12 reps.

  2. I love this format for a workout. It is challenging yet doable. I needed to take a few seconds longer to transition between each set and sip water…otherwise I enjoyed this. Thank you Josephine/GymRa! 😌
