1. I love his energy. I had an asthma attack just watching this one, LOL, JK. But seriously, I was just trying to look for a workout for tomorrow & was drained watching this. I'm definitely going to try it. Can you book him for some shorter videos for beginners? I'm not necessarily a beginner, but I am a weather & exercise induced asthmatic, which makes working out more torturous than enjoyable & this is so intense. I'd love something short yet effective & with his intensity, I'm sure 10-15 minutes is enough.

  2. Wow. I never comment on these videos but this workout was GREAT. It didn't feel like 30 minutes at all, super dynamic and effective!
