1. I did this workout this morning, & it took a while for me to feel puffed or start sweating, but by the end I was sweating a lot! I still had gas in the tank & did a dance video for another 15 mins just to wear myself out. This is great for beginners, people with big boobs & bung knees like me, & for those that don't feel like working out. It's a great workout without ruining you for the day 😊💪
