1. I've got weird knees, the patella sits higher than normal, so great for me as there's no jumping! I keep coming back to your videos, thanks for keeping it realistic, I don't feel like a failure and my heart rate was up ++  and I sweated! Thank you all the way from Cornwall UK.

  2. I'm just about to turn 77 and am in very good shape for my age, but for some time I've been limited to exercises that don't require getting onto the floor — just too hard on my back and knees! I walk a lot, but nothing that makes me break a sweat. I've just discovered this channel and am hooked! I love the variety of workouts and the fact that each workout can be done at whatever level is right for me. And I can't believe how personal you make it feel, either! Great resource!

  3. I couldn’t believe that this workout had me beat. I usually do spin class to strengthen my legs but this workout actually worked out my weak areas (shoulders, lower back muscles and legs). Be warned HASfit tribe don’t underestimate this workout by our leaders 🤭🥵🥵🥵🥵

  4. First of all, I love the workout preview so I know that I can do this or not (due to past injury) second this will be added to my fave workouts.
