1. This wasn't my favorite. It's very hard on the wrists and aside from my wrists killing the whole way through it wasn't very challenging for me. The cool down was a bit weird too, jumping in the cool down? I had to do a separate stretching routine after. Might be a better workout for beginners.

  3. Just tried this. I'm drenched in sweat and I love it. I felt that booty burn and I love it. My abs also felt the pinch and I love it. Thank you so much for this video. I'll be back tomorrow !
