  1. I just did this again…it is just plain good and basic weight training. If you are using the correct weights you will be pleasantly challenged. I used 12, 15, 20 and 25 pound sets.

  5. I'm going to be doing this at least three times a week, it was a struggle (20 pound weights are too heavy for me so i'm using 10 lbs only til I get used to them) but I'm determined to lose this weight. Thank you for making this! <3

  6. I am new to your page, but so far I have done this workout twice now and I am extremely impressed. I'm trying to lose weight, I have been for the last couple of months, nothing is really working. I was part of a moms group, then I started doing the slim in 6 DVDs, and I'm 1 pound more than what I was without seeing any difference. I still have about 30 pounds to lose to get to where I want to be, and I like working with weights and I would love to do more of your workouts 🙂

  7. Hi Jessica. I just did this work out for the first time. I loved it. I typically do Jillian Michaels videos, but I'm looking for something a little bit more gentle as I am recovering from frozen shoulder. I'm 46, I'm relatively active. I walk my dogs for about half an hour every day and intermittently do some strength training at home. I'm thinking about doing this work out three times a week. I'd love your suggestions. I'm 46 and I'm just looking for a healthy routine to maintain and increase some strength. My cardio is reasonable because I walk a lot of hills but need to work on strength. You look amazing!

  8. Loved the simplicity of this routine (but don’t get me wrong it isn’t easy at all I found it challenging). I liked the circuit format and the concentration on good form. The 30 minutes flew passed although I struggled to get to 15 reps during all the sets and my muscles were shaking at times. This is a super workout and one I shall turn to whenever I want to add on/substitute for a Walk Strong Countdown Plan Strength routine. Thanks Jessica and I am so pleased I clicked on this one this morning 💪💪💪💪💪

  9. What a great workout! I love working out with you, Jessica. Your positive energy is so motivating. Was my first time back to strength work in months, so started with this video and used 5 lb and 8 lb weights. I definitely feel like I worked my whole body and I'm sweating right along with you.

  11. I like this workout a lot. I'd love another one – similar in type – but different exercises. Just for some variety. I'd also love to see a 30 minute yoga video – maybe "power" yoga, but not power meaning fast. Music is also key! 😉 . Thanks!
