Well I tell ya, I have done power walk videos for many years and I have never quite done one like this. lol….. It was fun and I enjoyed the realness of it… Right now. looking forward to working out with ya more. Thanks for making the videos I know they take time and effort. And yes, I am very blessed !!!

You really push on some of those higher intensity workouts, I really admire that!! I love your commenting here and there about the weather there, or what you have done that day, keeps it interesting!
