  1. Loved this workout, it really did go fast. I was worried about doing the full 30 minutes but had not problem even though I am 65. Thanks Angie! P.S. can you do some video for us mature women?

  2. Well I tell ya, I have done power walk videos for many years and I have never quite done one like this. lol….. It was fun and I enjoyed the realness of it… Right now. looking forward to working out with ya more. Thanks for making the videos I know they take time and effort. And yes, I am very blessed !!!

  4. I've just discovered your fun videos about a month ago! I am loving the enthusiasm and change up in your workouts. I am 57, and like the walking workouts mostly. You really push on some of those higher intensity workouts, I really admire that!! I love your commenting here and there about the weather there, or what you have done that day, keeps it interesting! I will spread the word, you need way more subscribers, you are amazing!!
