Hi Amy, I really loved this workout! I would love to see more of this, with like you said using kettlebells and dumbbells. I did this one in a hotel room because I am on vacation and it felt so good to keep moving.

I’m glad I did this. Previewing I thought ooh that looks hard ,but I enjoyed it , also without weights was a plus for me, just using my body
Also as someone else mentioned fitness before getting pregnant for body and core strength 💪
