  1. Hi Everyone, I have a great 36 Minute Killer Strength + Cardio Workout for you to try. This workout starts out with a bang, as we will be doing a variation of a Burpee – so nothing like a Burpee to get the heart racing! We will be doing moves for the Upper and Lower Body, so you'll feel this workout all over. Anyone new to exercise can try this workout also by doing the Strength Moves using Bodyweight and then Stepping in place of where I'm Jumping. Hope you enjoy this challenge.
