  1. Thank you so much for this video. I always want to do cardio+strength training together. The exercises are easy to follow and I hate repeating the sets all over again. 40 minutes is perfect!! Hope you can do more cardio+ strength exercises in the future.

  2. Hi, I love these relatively low impact workouts, but each exercise is a bit too short for me. Could you do some low impact work-out with longer sequences for each movement, such as a full 45 sec. on one side and 45 sec. on the other side. Thanks for considering.

  3. wow, u really are great at this. I am 50 years old now as of the 3rd and have had 7 surgeries and cant keep up with u anymore but I love watching these excercises. Are there any low impact workouts u have for people like me that have limited mobility. had shoulder surgery in Nov. n am going to therapy still. thx
