  1. I wanted to change things up with my cardio warmup today, without any jumpings, and found that video. I loved it! You're motivating and energetic! It was short and really easy but my heart rate definitely increased! Thank you! ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Amazing videos, but do you know how many calories all of this is? It would be a lot of more help if maybe you could put the calorie count of each exercise in the bio ? If you don't know that's perfectly fine too haha

  3. Hello!!Could you do a video featuring exercises that target the underbutt?Most videos about it use dumbbells and other things from gyms,at the gym..But I am broke!
