Firstly, thank you for pushing me to do exercise when no else has ever been able to. ❤️ I have diastasis recti not from pregnancy but it seems from two disc replacement surgery. If you could find time to do a ten minute workout for that, it would take me very far until such time I can go back to normal! And I could love Penny and Alfie more! Animals are so amazing!!

  2. I really enjoy your videos and podcasts but I was wondering..
    Is there someway to do ab workout sitting down at a desk.?? Working/sitting all day before getting home to exercise isn't getting it for me lol.. thanks
