  1. I been doing like 200 pushups a day I do diamonds and wide mostly but I wanna know what gets your shoulders (collar bone area so you can’t see that shi) right. The push ups are doing me pretty good but I’m asking what pushups get your shoulders right ^ & what’s a good home workout for your legs ?
