  1. Is this safe for back / neck vertebras hip, knees and ankle joints? I wonder if this exercise is worth overusing most joints especially with degeneration joints !!

  2. I got an expensive, fully swivelling jump rope (Buddy Lee) and a medium-priced, non-swivelling, simple one (Rush Athletics).
Guess what? I prefer the cheaper one! It's far easier to adjust (you can shorten it without cutting it so you can lengthen it back again if you need), and I actually prefer the tactile feedback of the non-swivelling handles.

  3. I know, sounds ridiculous. But I had no symptoms whatsoever in all that time. I did not cough or have shortness of breath. Then suddenly I became quite ill and was hospitalised. I was stunned to find that I had stage 4 Emphysema. A friend of mine introduced me to a doctor called DR JOE, BEST HEALTH HERBAL CENTRE owner (ww w. besthealthherbalcentre. co m) who sent me herbal medicines which he prepared for me, and my life got transformed and everything was fine and okay with me. Difficulty catching a deep breath stop completely and my lungs function is back to normal.

  4. Wow, Brad, great job! Wish I could just walk well. Thanks for your helpful videos on spinal issues and arthritis. I suffer so much with pain, and your tips have helped at times and offer me hope when I really need it.👍🏻

  5. Hey Bob!
    Hey Brad!
I think I have a disk problem on my back.
My grandfather had sciatica and I've started too.
It's been 3 months since I have it. I can walk and even run with no problem. But if I sit too much on chair I start feeling terrible. My back starts to hurt, my butt is feels like shocked and the rest of my is in heat.
I can only handle it if
I stay in the bed or if I walk.
I thought is was getting better until yesterday when I set in chair for like 12 hours.
Now I'm here watching your YouTube channel.
I'm 19 years old and I am fat with low muscle mass to sustain my weight.
And I'm super scared of surgery. Is it possible my disk to recover and stop pushing my nerve without
    surgery?
Please I know you are busy persons and I need an answer.

  6. Hi, I have bad feet arch pain with doing any exercise which requires me to stretch my feet. Examples are lunges, jacks, planks and etc. which ends up being all exercises. Anyway to help that?

  7. Thats real funny, because i need to exercise and skipping, was my choice of exercise. And brad and bob popped up with this. Somit must be fate

  8. Bob & Brad, do you know how much impact these aerobic exercises are going to put on the discs?? You should have mentioned the impact as the discs keep on absorbing the shocks during these exercises.
For e.g, burpees increase the heart rate but is indeed a BACK BREAKER and so are many other aerobic exercises. BUT many people including physical therapists don't know about it 🙂

  9. Man, I am glad there is someone else who jumps rope like me 🙂 just coming off a bad calf pull, with bruising back of my calf from the calf to the heel & blood & swelling in my foot & ankle. Been about a week plus 4 days & it is looking better just some discoloration in those same areas. I have better range of movement than I did when I pulled it. Have a baseball game this Thursday which would be the two week mark, but rain is in the forecast hoping for a rain out, need more time to heel. Could I start this rope workout now ?
