Iv been having knee pain for awhile now which makes being at work difficult…Drs reckon its arthiritis anyway lm fedup of being in pain every day and have difficulty walking up and down stairs so lv been trawling youtube to find a solution and found you channel so lm going to incorporate your exercises….what you say makes sense in strengthening thigh and calf muscles….thank you.

  3. Thanks Schellea! I can agree that these exercises help. I have had severe knee pain in both knees since high school, and I will soon be 70. Additionally, over the years I have had several serious falls and additional injuries… not to mention, several knee surgeries.
    I do these exercises regularly, and they do help! Movement, flexibility and strength are key to pain relief and overall ongoing health.

  5. Though I enjoy all your videos, this one is particularly helpful as I have had arthritis in both knees for quite a while which is not only painful, but also affects my balance as I tend to walk in a way that is least painful. Any hints on that? Thank you.

  10. Thank you, Schellea. I am 65 and I do Yoga every day, I also do a second class of either kick boxing, Step, weights or a Pilates/calisthenics class before. My knees have never bothered me. But lately, every once in a while going up the stairs I feel something in my knees I never felt before. I will give your exercises a try, even though I do at least one of those moves at least once a week, except that first one. Thanks again.
