  1. SIr i will watch this again! Honestly. WE have some huge things going on
    around me, and you. But really, like i know we love our fitness, our
    fresh linen our fruit juice sarination and family dedications…. But
    really, other then health and saftey its obvious that its the clues that
    lead us back to the refining process that are so important if we se
    whats unraveled us in the past. Its its placing as deep as possible the
    values that bought us those moments of gliding with flight charged
    strength.

  3. I'd like to see a video on nutrition. I'm doing intermintent fasting,too so I believe it would be useful to hear some advice on it. For example, I tried to hit the gym fasted and my performance was not optimum.

  4. Hello again chris i have a question how do i train to gain mass? I will do chest and tricpe and then next day back and bicep and then upper body workout and then chest and tricpe again ? Please answer ty

  5. Ayo Chris. Did you ever have this stupid thought of seeing/wanting results immediately? If so, how did you deal with them? I know it is very stupid and I don't pay attention to them, but it is frustrating to have them overall.
