  1. Completed this for a week. I've lost 3" on my waist and 3" on my hips and lost 6lbs. Best HIIT workout i have done. definitely continuing!

    UPDATE: Been 2 weeks and i have lost a total of 5 inches on my waist, 4.2 inches on my hips and a total of 7.2 lbs since i started!

    Day 1: obviously no result yet but it’s a good workout

  3. I just watch this video today… And i love this.. Its very helpful..im done doing this now and omg my sweats… I dont know where this came from.. I will do this in 7 days..

  4. I wanna try this but I see some comments they said they were lost weight & hip with this exercise….so what I gonna do if I just want to lost my weight not my hip😌

  5. Day 1: 29 1/2 inches
    Well I did this everyday for a week, and I did other workout along with this, and kept my calories low, and nothing changed… My waist stayed exactly the same.

  6. I'm 13 and 134 pounds.. Is that normal?

    Edit: I'm going to try this method for a few days cause I got a little belly fat, I'll let you guys know if it works. I'm doing it in my room because it's kinda embarrassing for me to do it in front of people.

    Day 1: Quite sweaty, but my body doesn't hurt or anything though. I'm gonna go get a glass of water.

  8. Day 1 with this exercise but i m doing this in the evening time after 7 oclok.. And i m drinking Lukewarm water for whole day.. In the morning I m doing one km of brisk wlk and 1 km of jogging, i have omitted all ollily food and no sugar and no junkfood.. Hope so i will see tremendous result.. One more thing I eat healthy.. And brown rice too dite is proper not less..

  9. I really want to loose some inches and do this for atleast 2 weeks and I have a habit of giving up and getting lazy so like this to remind me everyday to do it!
    Day1:done, it was good! After it was a little bit Sweaty but it was not bad at all 😁.

  10. I've been following this video (and added a few arm exercises from one of your other videos) for 3 weeks now! I've noticed a difference on my waist, chest/collarbone area and legs. I started out at 12st 3 and I'm now 11st 9. I've also made adjustments to my diet and have been drinking a lot more water. Really enjoying seeing results! Even though they're small, it is so satisfying knowing the work is paying off… will be continuing with this for sure!
