  1. You want to lose weight, Cut out all processed carbs, all sugars, and all man made garbage. Also stop eating 5 to 6 meals a day, give your digestive system a break, give your insulin a break, and let your body run off of fat for energy not junk. Following advice from Dr. Jason Fung doing intermittent fast and eating a low carb diet I have lost 90+ lbs, lowered my bp to a normal level, I am no longer pre-diabetic, and I am loving life.
