  3. Tip for everyone: also follow Lucy's other videos, like the first two parts of this series + the leg, arm and walking routines, as well. I cannot tell you how much more productive it will be (guaranteed from personal experience). And GOOD LUCK AND STRONG COURAGE TO ALL!!!!

  5. I am going to try and start doing your work outs again. Due to some family issues, I have completely stopped doing everything. I didn't realize how much your workouts were helping me stay toned, til I stopped completely. I will have to get up by 3 am most days to do this one. But I NEED to start somewhere. Day 1 checked off. <3

  6. I have fibromyalgia and any new activity can cause a flare of sx. would it still be effective if i spend 15 sec on each movement in the beginning rather than 30 sec? Any suggestions for starting a new exercise routine with an autoimmune/reactive body?

  7. I've just started this Lucy since having my gaulbladder out in February I don't recognise my stomach I have put wait on and think it's all gone to that area here's hoping I get results and get back to loving my body xx

  8. Great workout! I really enjoyed the different combinations within each minute. I've been recovering from 2 separate injuries; knee and foot. (not the same leg, that would be too easy). I want to say.. I've still been able to do your workouts, because you have such a mix of low and high impact to choose from, which is great!. The exercises you give us, my physio has suggested same/similar for my recovery! Thank you for all you do Lucy! Looking forward to proudly wearing your merch. πŸ’¦πŸ‘Ÿβ€οΈπŸ’πŸ»πŸ’•πŸ‘

  9. I sweated buckets doing this in the ridiculous heat yesterday, but I wasn't sure if it was the exercise making me sweat or the heat. Did it again in much cooler conditions this morning and it's definitely not just the heat that made me sweat yesterday! Day 2: done πŸ‘Š

  12. Just done it there for day number 1 I’m absolutely sweating but I’m determined to lose weight so I’m going to do this for the whole week if i see results then I’m going to do it until i get to where i want

  15. I used to struggle with working out because I felt too self conscious to work out at a gym and I was honestly lost as to what work outs I could do at home. Until I found your videos. I do one video one week and then switch it up and do another one of your videos another week. It’s been a month so far and it’s helping me to sleep better and just feel better all around! So THANK YOU!😊
