  3. Thanks for this! I am naturally a size 0-2, but was very busy with work during the fall and winter. I've been sedentary and guzzling soda/eating junkfood. I noticed that my clothes haven't been fitting very well over the last 2ish months, but going up a size in jeans didn't work. The 4's were too big. I bought a full-length mirror and realized pretty quickly what happened- I didn't get bigger, I just got super duper soft and lost my shape. When I clench, I have cellulite on the bottom of my butt now, and I didn't last summer. Getting back in shape starting today 🙂

It’s just ironic that she goes on a big long rant about how cellulite is genetic, and is a result of many different things, including diet, that most people even Victoria secret models have cellulite, etc etc… yet we still have a video telling us about the exercises that will target cellulite lol.
