  1. So awesome !!! My BMI is only 18, but I still had loose, flabby thighs. Been doing this every day for 6 days now. Not only are my legs less jiggly, I lost 1/2 inch off each thigh!! Thank you so much for sharing this workout – you are wonderful!!

  2. Do you work on your cardiovascular system and endurance? You look terrific but you get out of breath almost instantly. You should also be breathing through your nose and out your mouth…it should help

  3. Hi Amy, I have some loose skin in my stomach area, there's some fat there too. I know nothing really gets rid of that, but how can I increase what's there or get it toghter?

  4. This routine looks great. Can you offer any other suggestions to work off the flab just beneath the butt? I don't want to end up with a "round" butt that sticks out. I'm more interested in tightening and shrinking that area, but I have this stubborn fat clinging to my upper hamstring/upper inner thigh/lower butt area. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!
