For 15 days of adopting the programs, I lost 12 lbs There is certainly still need of physical exercises even just a few times a week and the meals to nibble on must be right.   2. Step 1: Join a gym
    Step 2 : Maintain your diet. Stay in a calorie deficit
    Step 3 : Lift heavy weights. Not ego lifting tho (with the perfect form)
    Step 4 : Take more protein (2 gms of protein per kg of bodyweight)
