  1. And here we have some women (angry fat feminists who wants fat acceptance) who oppose the idea of being fit and wants men to like their fat ass….. unfit men don't complain about these guys instead they aspire to be like them……if anything women have it easier than these men to get their ideal body….women and their first world problems man…smdh

  2. All these FUCKING ACTORS ARE THE BLAME FOR THE MASS MURDER OF ANIMALS!!
They INFLUENCE A A MASS AMOUNT OF BIGGER IDIOTS TO EAT MORE MEAT !!!!
To look like them !!! Bunch of FUCK HEADS !!!!

  3. Im an ectomorph myself. I should eat a lot as well more than i want but at the same time.. so many people need to life with one meail a day. In the mean time these guys eat for a whole family. EVERY day.

  4. All of these actors and none mentioned steroids? Arnold Schwarzenegger was brave enough to admit it, and Sylvester Stallone got caught.

Yet none of the others are willing to admit it…?

  5. Don't forget the steroids guys. That's what they don't tell you; most if not all these guys aren't natural. If you're a natural athlete, a large portion of those calories and macro nutrients will likely be used to maintain bodyweight, turned into fat, or shat out. Only with steroids will your body utilize 100% of what you're consuming and directing it to purely muscle growth. Natural bodybuilding takes a very long time especially when you're trying to build lean muscle mass. These actors are doing crazy transformations within a year or less lol.

  6. Wish I had the money to do all this too. Being able to work out 3 times a day, eat right 10 times a day, sleep 8 hours a day. Wow, where do you fit in your 9-5?

  7. either i am crazy or you all are because i see absolutely no problem eating all that and ive been doing it for long i mean i really don't eat or crave for the "fun" foods that you love eating and i really hate those processed shit and avoid as much as possible. and i exercise super hard and really love it. it really sounds odd to me when you hate it so much.

  8. I'm confused. I've always heard if you're trying to gain muscle you want to avoid doing cardio AND to limit workout to 45 min – hour. These guys are not only doing a good amount of cardio, but ALSO working out 2-3 times a day. This is probably the advice they get from the top fitness coaches which goes counterintuitive to everything I've learned. Can someone explain this to me!?
