  2. This video helped me loads as I'm recently recovering from sharp pains in the middle of my back following a bad fall in aikido. I couldn't even do child's pose at first without being in excruciating pain. Doing this video gently in the morning, coupled with doing the Gentle Yin Yoga class before bed aided my recovery, and my back was loads better within 4-5 days. I now do the 'Yoga for your back' daily (as well as some of your other vids!) to protect and strengthen my back. Thank you!!
