1. I feel that the core becomes more inflexible as we get older. I'd love to see a core flexibility brief workout. Keep them coming and brief to make this a daily habit! Cheeeers!

  2. Hey I’m into weight training but I also do these videos to make sure I dont bulk up too much and they’re great. Do you suggest I do these workouts before or after my weight training workout?

  3. Hello there!! Could I ask you something? I often do abs&legs exercises, or total body, and the next day I hurt everywhere and I can't dance properly. Which of your stretching programs would you recommend to me, so that I won't hurt the day after??
