  1. Well it was my first day at Planet Fitness, it was great but i fell off the treadmill and twisted my ankle. WONDERFUL!! Can u give me tips on how you went to the gym without being judged or have confidence in yourself?

  4. If not for the tittle, I would not have understood the change of pace. It's not a bad thing. I think it's good you have the patience to demonstrate beginner stuff.

  5. Hmm maybe i need to join Planet Fitness bc Gold's gym doesn't have many machines that target the glutes except for cables, smith machine and leg press :/ Thanks for the workout!!
